The image below is of Cladach on the Island of Arran, 2 miles north of the main ferry port of Brodick. If you are walking out from Brodick, there is a coastal path by the Brodick Golf Course. Use the map link below and change to walking.

This is the parking area for the main trail to the 2,800 ft Goat Fell mountain. The hiking car park is situated across the road at the bus stop.

The steps to the left lead into Brodick Castle and Country Park.

The image below is from the path next to the Brewery leading up to the 2,800 ft Goat Fell mountain. This is the main path, fairly steady most of the way, then the last 700 ft to the summit are real steep.
